How We Plan Your MoveProfessional Moving Plan
When you contact Scranton Moving, our first step is to have one of our moving consultants schedule an in-home visit to assess your move. We can also perform this over the phone in most situations and still provide you with an accurate estimate. This will include an inventory of rooms, their contents, special packing requirements, disassembly or re-assembly needs, required packing materials, desired packing services, the physical layout of rooms, unique or fragile items, and other pertinent details unique to your move, such as storage and third-party services. Whether it is a local residential move, a long-distance move, an office move, or a special move, Scranton Moving will put together a plan that is both cost-effective and efficient. Our moving plan will detail the packing (if chosen), loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking (if chosen) of your relocation. We will also include details of extra moving services such as storage, vehicle moving, third-party services, etc. Based on our in-home consultation, we will quickly provide you with firm moving quotes as part of our professional moving plan. The quote will be complete in terms of all costs, including options for services such as packing and unpacking, storage, third-party services, etc. Our professional movers will lay out all the logistics and estimate the time required to pack (if selected), load, transport, unload, and unpack (if selected). We will present this plan in any way convenient to you, including in person, over the phone, or via email. We would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you in person at your convenience, as this enables us to address any questions or concerns you might have more effectively. |
